My name is Jacqueline LaSonde, I’m a proud Southside resident, retired NYC law enforcement officer, and food pantry operator. My heart and service is rooted in this community. Through my work running a local pantry, I’ve seen the struggles our families face— especially our children. Syracuse deserves leadership that listens, understands, 

and takes action. I’m running for 4th District Common Council to be that voice and help build a future where all of 

us can thrive. We deserve better. 

 I’m Charles Madlock, running for Syracuse Common Council At-Large because I see untapped potential in our city to address some of its most pressing issues through urban agriculture. The city should take the lead in the growing urban agriculture  industry, using it as a tool to empower neighborhoods and 

create opportunities.

I’m Donald P. Johnson, I’m running for 

Syracuse Common Council At-Large to 

support policies that expand affordable housing, create economic opportunity, and revitalize our neighborhoods.  My focus is on empowering local businesses, and addressing the root causes of crime. With a background in 

international business and advanced training in analytics and AI, I bring fresh, data-driven solutions to the table.
